At MyMove, we are at the forefront of the new mobility trend. MyMove is a software company and has built the first multimodal vehicle sharing platform and mobile app that allows organizations to share and connect their vehicles, in the broadest sense.
Our clients are international corporates, governments and semi-private organizations. Some use our software to implement the Federal Mobility Budget by having a shared fleet for their employees. Others use it to enable peer-to-peer vehicle sharing between neighbors, and still others use it to rent out their existing pool vehicles to generate extra revenue.
In April 2022 MyMove raised €3.2 million in series A funding. This demonstrates that our solution is successful and other companies are willing to invest in its further development.
As an Operations Specialist:
You will be responsible for the operational aspects of day-to-day follow-up of client projects and internal ‘To Dos’.
You will rethink operational processes to make them more efficient and hence increase the speed of success delivery internally, but also for our clients.
You will be a fleet manager: you will be in charge of successfully managing the fleet of our clients so that end-users can enjoy a quality service
You will be in charge of managing the quality of our in-app support center. We have a support team that is available 24/7 (our median response time is between 1-2 minutes!). You will drive future improvements in that team and the service quality they offer
You will support the Customer Success team with operational aspects of client onboarding. For example: vehicle configuration, software parameters setup, partner relationship management…
You will be essential to the MyMove team as it is you who will identify and anticipate operational challenges at our clients and transfer those to the Revenue and Product teams.
Problem-solver: you are someone who takes pleasure in solving problems for others, especially for our customers
Stress resistant multi-tasker: there will be days on which several clients need immediate help at the same time. You will help those clients and the team to solve their issues and deliver immediate success while keep your head cool and respecting your own priorities
“Tech head”: you have a true passion for new technology. You will work with technology and its implementation every day, therefore this is essential.
Proactive and independent. You’ll be in charge. Also, you are methodical and don’t forget things to be done.
You’re down to earth and know a team builds dreams and that you’re a part of team that enables you to shine (we have a no-”dikkenek” and no politics policy).
You have between 0 and 2 years of working experience.
You have a Bachelor in Business, Communication, Marketing, Logistics, or other relevant field.
You are a native Dutch or French speaker. You are (very) fluent in the other language, as well as in English.
You demonstrate excellent listening, communication, and writing skills.
You work well with a computer and have basic knowledge of Excel and MS Suite.
You love to explain complex topics in simple words for uninitiated people.
Nice to have
Electrical soldering skills.
Affinity with car/bike handling and maintenance planning.
Affinity with IoT, as we are integrated with connected vehicles.
Experience with agile development.
The urge to find practical solutions to the many Belgian mobility issues.
